TESTIMONIALS

I started personal training in the fitness center at Peak Performance with one of the exercise physiologists on March 11, 2008. I have come consistently two times per week ever since. The Exercise Physiologists provided me with a combination of cardiovascular and resistance training as well as nutritional information. When I went to my yearly physical in September my doctor and I have seen drastic results. Since beginning the training at Peak Performance I have lost 22 pounds, increased bone density, decreased total cholesterol from 242 to 197, decreased triglycerides from 186 to 131, and lowered my blood pressure. I am very happy with the results that I have seen and look forward to continuing my lifelong goal of health and wellness.
