The staff at Peak Performance Physical Therapy includes board certified specialists in orthopedic physical therapy (OCS), McKenzie certified specialists which is a specialty of the spine (cert MDT), Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists (CSCS), Academic instructors at local universities, and authors of medically published work in trade journals.
Lynbrook Therapists
Joseph Sulllivan, PT, OCS, CSCS is recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association as a certified specialist in orthopedic physical therapy. This certification, which is held by less than 10% of physical therapists, entails advanced academic and clinical skills in the field. Joe is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
Donald K. Reed II, PT, DPT, Cert MDT in addition to his professional license and Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy is a certified McKenzie therapist. Don holds a Bachelors Degree in Biology. Don is currently the Clinical Coordinator at our Lynbrook facility.
Erica Riedel, MS, PT, Cert MDT in addition to her professional license and Masters Degree in Physical Therapy, Erica is also a McKenzie certified therapist.
Daniel A. Craine, MS, PT, OCS, CSCS in addition to his professional license and Masters Degree in Physical Therapy he holds a Bachelors Degree in Health Science. Daniel is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a Certified Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy.
Michael Granzin, MS, PT, Cert MDT holds a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy and a Bachelors Degree in Clinical Science from Ithaca College. Michael is also a certified McKenzie therapist.
Island Park Therapists
John M. Finneran, PT, DPT holds a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from Daemen College. John has worked extensively with athletes at the college and professional level including the New York Islander Hockey and New York Dragons Football Teams. Presently John is treating patients at our Island Park facility and at Hofstra University where Peak Performance provides physical therapy services to their athletes.
Giovanni Maturo, PT, DPT received his Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from N.Y.I.T.
Gerard Gordon, MS, PT holds a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy and a Bachelors Degree in Health Science from Nazareth College.

Glenn Granzin, MS, PT, Cert. MDT, CSCS is a certified McKenzie therapist in New Hyde Park and Island Park. This advanced spinal assessment and rehabilitation certification allows Peak Performance to offer the most effective care in addressing patients with spinal disorders. Glenn is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
Christopher Thomas, MS, PT, CSCS in addition to his professional license and Masters Degree in Physical Therapy holds a Bachelors degree in Clinical Science. Chris is also Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
