The staff at Peak Performance Physical Therapy includes board certified specialists in orthopedic physical therapy (OCS), McKenzie certified specialists which is a specialty of the spine (cert MDT), Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists (CSCS), Academic instructors at local universities, and authors of medically published work in trade journals.
Lynbrook Therapists
Joseph Sullivan, PT, OCS, CSCS is recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association as a Certified Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy. This certification, which is held by less than 10% of physical therapists, entails advanced academic and clinical skills in the field. Joe is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and is recognized as a Hospital for Special Surgery Credentialed Advanced Hip Clinician.
Donald K. Reed II, PT, DPT, Cert. MDT in addition to his professional license and Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy, Don holds a Bachelors degree in Biology. Don is a McKenzie certified therapist and is currently the Clinical Coordinator at our Lynbrook facility.
Michael Granzin, MS, PT, Cert. MDT holds a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy, and a Bachelors Degree in Clinical Science from Ithaca College. Michael is also a certified McKenzie Therapist
Kathleen Magner, DPT holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from NYIT. In addition to her professional license, she holds a Bachelor Arts Degree from SUNY Buffalo. She is currently working towards achieving her OCS certification
Kristi Rocks, DPT – received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from NYIT. In addition to her professional license, Kristi holds a Bachelor of Science degree. Kristi is currently working towards becoming a certified Kinesiotaping Practitioner.
Anthony DelaCruz, PT, DPT – received his Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from UMDNJ. In addition to his professional license Anthony holds a Bachelor of Health Science degree.
Brian DeVeaux, DPT, CSCS – received his Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Touro College. In addition to his professional license Brian holds a Bachelor of Health Science degree and is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
Jessica Pollack, DPT – received a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from The CUNY Graduate Center/Hunter College. In addition to her professional license she holds a Bachelor of Psychology degree. Jessica is currently helping to develop our new Balance For Life program.

Glenn is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specailist.
John M. Finneran, PT, DPT holds a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from Daemen College. John has worked extensively with athletes at the college and professional level. Presently John is treating patients at our Island Park facility and at Hofstra University where Peak Performance provides physical therapy services to their athletes.
Gerard Gordon, MS, PT holds a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy and a Bachelors Degree in Health Science from Nazareth College.

Katelyn Cusmiani PT, DPT – In addition to her professional license and doctorate degree in physical therapy from Hunter College; she holds a bachelor of science degree in biology
James Campo MS, PT – graduated from Hunter College with a Masters degree in Physical Therapy. He currently works for the NYC Dept of Education treating pediatrics ranging from 5 to 21 years of age and brings his pediatric experience to our Peak team two nights a week in New Hyde Park.

Daniel A. Craine, MS, PT, OCS, CSCS in addition to his professional license and Masters Degree in Physical Therapy he holds a Bachelors Degree in Health Science. Daniel is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a Certified Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy.
